Family Car Wash

Several reviews praise the honesty of Family Car Wash regarding refunds and communication, noting that the business is willing to go out of its way for customers. However, multiple customers report being overcharged for services, with some alleging that the car wash manipulates card charges and refuses refunds, even citing a supervisor's disrespectful response.
